In order to ensure that the color of the yarn is consistent with the design, we strictly follow international standards during the dyeing process. Our team dyes the yarn for each order from scratch and does not use pre-colored yarn. To achieve the desired color, our experienced team carries out numerous tests until the right hue is achieved. Our state-of-the-art color testing department and dye workshop enable us to produce high-quality yarns with consistent color matching. We are committed to delivering excellent products that meet the highest standards of quality and precision.

What about the warranty?
A: We are very confident in our carpets, we have special quality control department who will 100% check every goods before shipment, we make sure all the goods we sent out to customers are in good condition. When customers receive the goods in 15 days, if there are broken one, please tell us and show us the detail proof so we can check and give replacement in the next order.

How can you guarantee the goods quality ?
We support you the free inspection report before shipping , if the goods different from the report we will refund the money .

How many days will sample be finished and how we control the sample charge?
Samples will be sent within 3-5 working days after we are in receipt of the payment.
The sample charge is free usually, but the charges of shipping will be paid by the customer.
You can pay the shipping charges by telex transfer(T/T),Paypal, or provide us your own Express Account.
